DMA 2026 Workshop 2026

International Workshop on Discrete Mathematics and Algorithms 2026 (DMA2026)

March 16–18, 2026 · Kunibiki Messe, Matsue, Japan

International Workshop on Discrete Mathematics and Algorithms (DMA) is a workshop that brings together researchers in discrete mathematics and algorithms to share new ideas, receive friendly feedback, and build collaboration across regions. The 2026 meeting emphasizes lively discussion, early-stage results, and community building.

DMA2026 is supported by JSPS KAKENHI 22H00513, and the National Research Foundation of Korea (RS-2025-00523206).

Call for Participation and Presentation

We invite researchers and students working on discrete mathematics and algorithms to present their recent or ongoing work at DMA 2026.

DMA is a discussion-oriented workshop. We particularly encourage:

  • Preliminary or in-progress results
  • Presentations based on recently published work
  • New ideas that would benefit from informal feedback and collaboration

If you wish to give a talk, please submit your information (including a tentative title and abstract) via the survey form.

Deadline: December 15, 2025 (GMT)

Notification: Shortly after the deadline

Participation without presentation is also welcome.

Social Events

We plan the following events. Details will be finalized after the program is fixed.

  • Excursion (Mar 17 afternoon, Bus trip to Izumo Taisha, TBD)
  • Workshop Dinner (Mar 17 evening, Matsue city)

The fee for the dinner is included in the registration fee. The excursion may require a little separate fee depending on the number of participants, but we try to include everything in the registration fee.
